Refund & Cancellation Policy

EchoNest provides AI-powered therapy support through chat, voice, journaling, and mood tracking. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.

1. Free Trial

• New users receive 1 free hour of voice therapy before choosing a paid subscription.
• No payment method is required for the free trial.
• After your trial, you may select a subscription plan (Chat Only, Voice Only, or Voice + Chat).

2. Subscription Plans

• All EchoNest plans are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.
• The subscription fee will be charged to the payment method provided at signup.

3. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will continue to have access to your plan until the billing period expires.
• Once cancelled, you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

4. Refunds

EchoNest operates on a no-refund policy, except in limited circumstances:

• Accidental Billing: If you were charged after cancelling your plan before the renewal date.
• Technical Issues: If a verified technical problem prevented you from accessing the service and could not be resolved by our support team.
• Duplicate Charges: If you were incorrectly charged more than once.

In all other cases, subscription fees are non-refundable because EchoNest is a digital service that begins immediately upon purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@echonest.co.uk with:

• Your account email
• Transaction ID / payment reference
• Reason for the request

Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

6. Modifications to Plans

• EchoNest reserves the right to update pricing, features, or plans.
• Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you will have the option to cancel if you do not agree with new terms.

7. Final Note

By subscribing to EchoNest, you acknowledge that:

• All subscription fees are final and non-refundable, except under the conditions listed above.
• It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal to avoid unwanted charges.
• EchoNest is not responsible for charges from failing to cancel on time.
